He stated that despite the hard work carried out to protect Human Rights, the complexity of each society means that a constant fight for Human Rights is maintained.
Within the framework of the Conference, the Commissioner for Human Rights of Russia, Tatiana Moskalkova, and the head of the Venezuelan Ombudsman's Office, Alfredo Ruiz Angulo, signed a memorandum of cooperation, both expressing their joy at this important step.
